Establish effective relationships with residents, family members,
and staff - -
Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities
as indicated on their profile - -
Implement residents' care plans, focusing on residents' strengths,
preferences, and preferred routines - -
Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident's
day - -
Work with the wellness team to ensure the needs of our residents
are being addressed in a timely matter - -
Demonstrate organizational skills around time management - -
Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living - -
