A lot of practices talk about having a great "Quality of Life", but you still have to see 20+ patients per day, have a limit of time for initial consults and put you on a productivity based compensation model after 1-2 years. That is not what this practice in Western Oregon does You will only see 12 - 15 patients per day You have a base salary every year, and there is ZERO productivity You get a full 6 weeks of PTO, starting in year 1 (it goes up after the 1st year) Partner with 3 experienced providers This is a practice for providers that want to spend time with their family, not be exhausted and stressed out when they get home and be able to really treat patients and the root cause of complications.
