Rogue Psych Consultants seeks Psychologists or Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide consultation and mental health services in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Memory Care Facilities in the Eugene area. This is a wonderful opportunity for providers who want to work part-time to full-time with a flexible schedule. Job Description Provide individual therapy, diagnostics and treatment planning. Perform risk assessments as indicated. Provide caregiver support and family interventions. Justification for psychotropic medication for symptom management. Consult with facility staff regarding diagnosis and treatment planning. Consult with other disciplines including physical therapists, Occupational Therapists, RNs, CNAs, Social Services and Providers. Provide documentation in facility Electronic Health Records. Qualifications Current Oregon License - PhD, PsyD or LCSW Availability to work 12 hours per facility per month. Consultation availability for facilities during the work week. Experience with or desire to gain experience in geriatric care. Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients and staff. Benefits Flexible hours (negotiated with facility staff) Contractors receive 70% of billing collected from insurance plus a monthly consultation fee. RPC pays for billing services. RPC covers credentialing for Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance companies with a commitment to provide services for a negotiated period of time. No shows and cancellations are a non-issue as there are many available patients in need of services. About Rogue Psych Consultants, LLC Rogue Psych Consultants' mission is to provide quality mental health services to the residents of Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Memory Care residents and timely consultation with facility staff and administration. Founder, Dr. Evan Alvord spent 14 years working in Home Based Primary Care at the VA Hospital in Southern Oregon. Through this work he noted the limits of mental health services in these settings, despite significant need. In 2018, he started Rogue Psych to offer mental health services to all facility residents. Rogue Psych has contracts with multiple facilities throughout Oregon and is partnered with Psychologists, Neuropsychologists, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers and is expanding services throughout Oregon.
