Job Description:
Unit Home Health.
Required Certifications: BLS, COVID Vaccine Required.
Shift Notes: Days, 8-5p, M-F; approx 1 wknd/5-6 week.
Required Certifications RN.
Common diagnosis / Types of patients/patient demographics chronic
disease, wound care, urinary catheter.
Additional Job Duties/Utilization Review involved? no.
RT Equipment (vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc) Wound vacs.
Experience or 'Must have' skills I year home health with OASIS in
the past year.
How many patients do they see per day? five.
Shifts & Scheduling days, 8-5, 40 hrs a week with evening call.
Weekend Requirement yes- rotating call weekends.
Holiday Requirement yes, as scheduled.
Is there a call or standby requirement? yes.
Floating Requirements no.
Scrub Color/Dress Code scrubs ok or business casual.
Requirements
Basic Life Support (BLS), Driver's License, Oregon State RN
License, Registered Nurse License, Skills Assessment: Home Health
RN, Tuberculosis Screening
