Job Title: Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)Location: Eugene, Oregon area--Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000 per yearOur family-owned pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist in Charge to join our team. As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pharmacy, including dispensing medications, counseling patients on proper medication use, managing inventory, and supervising pharmacy technicians. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the pharmacy complies with all state and federal laws and regulations.Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Counsel patients on proper medication use and answer any questions they may have
• Manage inventory and order medications and supplies as needed
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure that they are performing their duties correctly
• Ensure that the pharmacy complies with all state and federal laws and regulations
• Keep accurate records of all medications dispensed and other pharmacy activities
• Provide excellent customer service to all patients and healthcare providersRequirements:
  • Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
  • Current Oregon state pharmacist license in good standing
  • At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist, with some experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
