Description: Willamette Family is looking for a Substance Abuse
Clinical Supervisor to join our Outpatient Behavioral Health Team!
The right Clinical Supervisor candidate will have the necessary
skills and traits to lead and mentor their clinical team in
providing high-quality substance abuse treatment services that meet
the needs of every individual we serve. About the agency:

standards for excellence in behavioral healthcare. Willamette

the respect and dignity they deserve. Compensation: $26/ Hr.
Signing Bonus: $5000.00 Signing Bonus; Paid in two increments
$2500.00 after Initial Hire and $2500.00 at the successful
completion of the 6-month evaluation period. Employee Benefits

education training support and more! Requirements: Minimum
Qualifications: Education/ Experience- Must meet at least one of
the following: 5 years of paid full-time experience in the field of
alcohol and other drug counseling A Bachelor's degree and four
years of paid full-time experience in the social services field,
with a minimum of two years of direct alcohol and other drug
counseling experience A Master's degree and three years of paid
full-time experience in the social services field with a minimum of
two years of direct alcohol and other drug counseling experience.
--- Oregon state certification, QMHA, QMHP, or state licensure LPC,
LMFT, LCSW, LSW, etc. CADC II Certification or above experience and
education in leadership, wellness, oversight and evaluation of
services, staff development, individual service, support planning,
case management and coordination. Experience with electronic health
record systems and other technologies COVID 19 Vaccination proof or
valid religious or medical exception Background Check Approval
