There will also be multiple Charge Nurses and Supervisor RNs who are able to provide assistance with any issues that arise. This Registered Nurse will have knowledge of emergency services and working in the ER in order to individually assess, diagnose, and implement care plans for each patient. This Emergency Department RN will attain competency and knowledge that reflects current nursing practice guidelines, rules, and regulations. Working alongside a team of experienced and engaged nurses, the Emergency Department Nurse will be sure to gain lots of knowledge and support while providing optimal patient care.
