This newly structured position will focus on recruiting dentists, primarily specialists but will recruit general dentists as well. The position will require a charismatic relationship builder with dentist recruiting experience. The incumbent will work remotely, ideally residing in Oregon to support our school and event engagement. However, consideration will be given to candidates in the Pacific, Mountain, and Central time zones. How you will contribute: Responsible for sourcing, screening, identifying, and hiring strong candidates into a variety of positions with the primary focus on building a network of dentists Develop a talent acquisition strategy for specialty dentists to connect with candidates and create brand awareness Partner with hiring managers, human resources and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly communicated to candidates Partner with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the company and to add the best talent to the organization Build relationships with schools to attend events, deliver presentations, and develop a consistent pipeline of candidates Track and report key metrics to measure activity, evaluate processes and tools used, and propose new concepts to be effective and efficient Managing the full life cycle from sourcing candidates through onboarding new hires What you will bring with you: Bachelor's degree in a business or directly related discipline Minimum of two (2) years' experience IN A Dentist recruiting position, Specialty Dentist recruiting experience preferred Excellent interpersonal skills and team-based project experience, with a strong track record of successful internal and external relationships Excellent analytic skills with the ability to provide solutions to overcome obstacles Proficient with Microsoft Office and utilizing applicant tracking systems An effective work space at home to work remotely Ability to travel up to 30%, which may include overnight stay, for recruiting related events or trainings as needed Do you see yourself in this role even if you haven't checked all the boxes above?
