THERAPISTStart Date: ASAP (4 weeks from offer for compliance
requirements)Shift: 5x8 Days Experience REQ: Recent Home Health
experience as a physical therapist. able to case manage in a home
health setting and work with PTAs. Proficiency with OASIS SOC, ROC,
Recertifications, and Discharges. Proficiency with home health
therapy reassessments, care plans, and interdisciplinary
collaboration.First-Timers Accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: TBD Certs
REQ: BLSIs on-call REQ? No Will clinician float within scope to
meet facility needs? No Open to accommodating block schedule?
TBDLocals License Accepted: Yes RTO Restrictions: They do allow for
Thanksgiving and Christmas off. Guaranteed Hours: 40 per
