Job Description:

A hospital is seeking an interventional cardiologist for locum tenens coverage.Roseburg, Oregon is the county seat of Douglas County! Stop by the Umpqua Valley Arts, the Paul O'Brien Winery, or the Gardens Riverfolks Park while on assignment!There will be 24-hour STEMI and general call. The clinician will be in charge of rounding and consults for 8 hours onsite. There will be inpatient and outpatient. The cases include Interventional Procedures/Diagnostic Caths, Right/Left Hearts, and Echo/Stress interpretation. The clinician will be expected to cover STEMI's and do the PCI's for the Diagnostic Cath's. The EMR system is Meditech with Patient Keeper Interface. The cath lab staff consists of RNs and special procedure technologists (RTs). The credentialing timeline is 6- 8 weeks.
