Job Description:Partner with a REMARKABLE Family Medicine & Integrative Medicine Physician in a collaborative care team model at Oak Street Medical Clinic in Eugene, Oregon. Oak Street Medical has had a stellar reputation in the community since 1979 and to increase patient access and improve work-life balance of our providers, we are looking to add a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to the team who will partner with a physician in a shared and growing patient panel.
