We are looking for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-paying Home Hospice After Hours On-Call Weeknight position. The RN will be on call from 5pm-8am Monday through Thursday. The nurse can work mostly at home for this position and can sleep during these hours but must be available to answer the phone and possibly go out to do a visit if a patient's call can't be handled any other way. The Registered Nurse will only have to go out and do a treatment in an emergency. The Registered Nurse is not required to have Home Health or Hospice experience; however, the nurse must have at least 1 year of hands on RN experience with adult or geriatric medical/surgical patients, or labor and delivery. This Home Hospice On-Call position is with a home health and hospice company that has been in business many years, therefore it has stability and longevity. The RN must also have a current CPR certification, valid Driver's license, and valid auto insurance. The registered nurse must be a registered nurse (RN). The registered nurse must be licensed in the state.
