• Provide direct patient care to Labor and Delivery patients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.Requirements:
  • BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required.
  • Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing, with a focus on high-risk patients.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
