Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, rotating weekends Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required. Certifications: Healthcare Provider Level BLS required. AHA ACLS and NRP required. PALS preferred. STABLE preferred. Perinatal-related RNC certification preferred. Must-Have: Experience in Triage, Labor and Delivery, and Postpartum required. Nursery experience preferred. Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to regulatory requirements for moderate complexity testing. Basic Fetal Monitoring skills preferred. Previous experience in stabilization of high-risk neonates preferred. Description: The LDRP team offers labor, delivery, and recovery services. This includes postpartum and newborn care provided by a highly trained team of nurses and medical staff. Care is offered in a family-centered, supportive, and medically safe environment. All staff are trained in gynecological surgical care. This position requires a commitment to excellence and the ability to work effectively in a team-based atmosphere. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong clinical skills, compassion, and professionalism. Holiday coverage is required.
