Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to
join our Emergency Department team. This position is responsible
for providing prompt, efficient, and effective care to patients
experiencing a wide range of urgent and emergency health
conditions. The RN will work in a high-stress, fast-paced
environment to assess patient health problems and needs, develop
and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
Provide immediate medical attention to emergency patients. Perform
medical procedures under the guidance of a physician, including
administering medication, wound dressing, and intravenous therapy.
Monitor patient recovery and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records and report any pertinent changes
in patient condition to physicians and other healthcare team
members. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention
and health maintenance. Prepare patients for, and assist with,
examinations and treatments. Strong clinical skills in healthcare.
Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records
(EHR). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to
make decisions quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations.
