First Time Travelers Accepted: Yes, with prior hospice experience Locals Accepted: No Job Summary position to support M-F for 13 weeks, RN case management responsibilities supporting 12 to 15 families admitted to hospice care. Understanding of comprehensive assessments, pain and symptom management, wound care management, Hospice documentation for Admissions, Routine Skilled Nurse visit, Recertifications, IDT comprehensive updates, Discharge, use of EPIC and Remote Client EMR platform.
