individualized treatment/discharge plans • Document services in
compliance with regulations and facility standards • Collaborate
with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families •
Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language
Pathology program (MS/MA) • Current state SLP license and
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility •
Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills Position:
