Description Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program - Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or - Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent education/experience. - Coursework/Training: Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need or equivalent education/experience. - Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License - Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
