Job Description:
At Atlanta Gentle Dental, we pride ourselves on delivering
top-notch orthodontic care that prioritizes patient comfort and
results. We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator, Ortho to
join our team. This role involves managing patient treatment plans,
facilitating effective communication between patients and
orthodontists, and ensuring a seamless administrative process. The
ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare and possess a
deep understanding of orthodontic procedures and patient care
management. Consult with orthodontists to develop and implement
effective patient treatment plans. Communicate treatment options
and plans clearly and effectively to patients and their families.
Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient patient flow.
Maintain patient records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
Process billing and handle insurance claims and inquiries. Assist
in the management of the office’s orthodontic supplies and
inventory. Follow up with patients for treatment progress and
potential adjustments. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills Detailed knowledge of orthodontic procedures and terminology
Competence in office and medical software (e.g., Microsoft Office,
OrthoTrac) Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Skills in organization and time management Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in
dental office administration (e.g., Certified Dental Office
Manager, CDOM) is a plus.
