Atlanta Gentle Dental is seeking a skilled Dental Therapist to join our dedicated team in providing top-notch dental care. As a Dental Therapist, you will play an integral role in offering preventive, cosmetic, and restorative dental treatments. The ideal candidate should be deeply committed to patient well-being, exhibit excellent communication skills, and have a passion for healthcare improvement. This position requires detailed knowledge of dental procedures, hygiene operations, and the ability to manage multiple patient cases effectively. Conduct initial patient consultations, assessments, and medical history evaluations. Develop and implement treatment plans for preventative care and oral maintenance. Apply sealants, carry out fluoride applications, and provide other preventive dental care. Assist in minor dental procedures and support the dentist in complex treatment plans. Provide oral hygiene advice, dietary guidance, and post-treatment care instructions. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Excellent patient management skills. Strong practical skills in dental therapy and hygiene. Ability to communicate complex medical information to patients. Proficiency in using dental technology and equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state dental license. Certification from an accredited dental therapy program.
