Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Mount Angel, OR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,732 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Home Health RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: 1 year of skilled home health experience required License: Required Certifications: BCLS required Must-Have: OASIS experience required Description: Home Health RN position available for work in home health settings. The schedule consists of five days a week with 8-hour shifts. The expected patient ratio is 1:1, but may involve visiting up to six patients per day. Experience with OASIS is essential for this role. Weekend work may be required on occasion. Travelers are expected to have reliable transportation. COVID vaccination primary series and one booster are required. The facility uses EPIC for charting purposes. Additional skills required include adult home health care, admission assessments, discharge planning, wound care, and medication management. The RN will be responsible for pain assessment and management, including utilizing pain scales. IV management and phlebotomy skills are also necessary. Travelers must be prepared for potential call-offs by the facility. References are required from previous supervisory roles covering the past year of employment within a comparable specialty or setting. All travelers are expected to be flexible in work assignments as needed. Module completion is expected pre-start and annually, with the time spent self-reported.
