Program Manager to lead medication safety initiatives across the

The Opportunity You'll serve as the strategic leader for all
medication safety activities, working collaboratively across
departments to develop and implement interdisciplinary
error-prevention strategies. This role focuses on system design

enhancing patient outcomes. Your expertise in reviewing
medication-related safety events and adverse drug reactions will
drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify educational

Bring PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy Active Oregon
Pharmacist License (or ability to obtain) 3 years of hospital
pharmacy experience or equivalent residency training Proven ability

system improvements Strong collaboration skills with the ability to
