sought for a contract assignment in Newberg, OR. This role involves
primarily circulating responsibilities within the OR, with
occasional floating to other units as needed. The position requires
flexibility, including on-call availability one weekend every 5-6
weeks and one night each week. Qualifications: Current RN licensure
with OR circulating experience Ability to scrub is helpful but not
required Reliable personal transportation is essential Comfortable
with floating between units and facilities based on staffing needs
Schedule/Hours: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts from 07:00 to 17:00
On-call duties include 1 weekend every 5-6 weeks and 1 night per
week Responsibilities: Provide circulating nursing care during
surgical procedures Collaborate with surgical team members to
ensure patient safety and efficient workflow Float between units
including potential assignments at nearby locations as staffing
demands, with additional incentives and accommodations for certain
facilities Adapt to shifting care environments and chart using the
