Bend, Oregon (Onsite, Mobile) My client, a rapidly growing mobile
wound care provider, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse
Practitioner (or Physician Assistant) to deliver advanced wound
care to patients throughout Bend, Oregon and surrounding Central
Oregon communities such as Redmond, Sisters, and Sunriver. Bend is
renowned for its outdoor lifestyle, vibrant local culture, and

You’ll serve a diverse patient population in skilled nursing
facilities, adult care homes, and private residences across scenic
Central Oregon. Enjoy the flexibility of day shifts, no
nights/weekends/on-call, and the chance to build relationships in a
region known for its quality of life and outdoor recreation. Key
Responsibilities & Requirements: · Travel within Bend and nearby
cities (Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, La Pine) to provide
comprehensive wound care. · See up to 35 patients per week;
full-time, 1099 independent contractor. · Valid NP/PA license,
board certification, driver’s license, and reliable transportation
required. · Training: 3 weeks (virtual & in-person, some travel

up to $170,000/year, paid monthly. Training paid at $43/hr for 3
weeks. Requirements: · Willingness to travel within the assigned
region and for out-of-state training. · Active and unrestricted
NP/PA license; board certification. · Driver’s license and reliable
transportation. · Commitment to high-quality, compassionate wound
care. · DEA not required. Estimated earnings up to
$170,000/year
