Description Home Health Aide - CNA - Home Health Schedule- Full
Time/ Days Supports North Portland, North East Portland and
Multnomah County Under the supervision of a registered nurse
provides supportive personal care services to patients of all ages
according to the individualized physical needs of the patient in
accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications: - Education to meet certification, license
or registration requirement. - Within 30 days of hire: National
Provider BLS - American Heart Association - Upon hire: Oregon
Nursing Assistant Certification License - Upon hire: Washington
Nursing Assistant Certification License - if practicing within this
state. - 2 years of experience, OR Nursing student with current
