Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are located at 1775
Thompson Road, Coos Bay, Oregon 97420 How You’ll Make an Impact: As
a Pharmacist-In-Charge on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell,
you’ll work at the top of your license, contribute to a community’s
well-being, and lead the pharmacy team. With autonomy, you’ll drive
efficient, effective, and continually improving pharmacy
operations, while being a part of a global organization dedicated
to innovation in medication management. Provide exceptional and
personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise
and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence Build
effective relationships with local physicians and medical community
to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients
Business acumen and leadership; own pharmacy operations and embrace
continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best
possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team’s development
Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and
knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology,
Hepatitis C, HIV, and more Clinical oversight and industry
innovation; committee member participation as Omnicell leads
innovation in medication management and elevates the roles of the
pharmacist in healthcare The above information describes the

process. What You’ll Bring Basic Qualifications: Pharm.D. or BS
Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy Successful
completion of state pharmacy board examination Pharmacist license
current and in good standing in Oregon Up-to-date on all continuing
education requirements Three years of experience in the practice of
pharmacy Preferred Qualifications: Two to three years of experience
in pharmacy management Work Environment and Physical Demands: This
position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and
other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25
pounds While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
regularly required to talk and hear Ability to see distinctions in
