The Opportunity We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician with 3–10 years of outpatient experience to join in a dual role as Medical Director & Staff Physician. This leadership-focused opportunity allows you to maintain clinical practice while guiding the future direction of the organization. You will: - Manage a full adult patient panel - Supervise NP/PA providers - Lead clinical quality initiatives - Oversee regulatory compliance and care standards - Support practice operations during a leadership transition ???
