Summary JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE Performs the duties of Pharmacist as prescribed by state and federal statutes as well as SHS policies. Prepares and dispenses medication; assesses clinical status of patients (neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics). Provides drug information to the medical team. Educates patients. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS Current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist Licensure required. Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred. All job offers are contingent upon the candidate passing a pre-employment/post offer drug screen. LCH Pharmacy: Healthcare Provider Level BLS, ACLS, and PALS required within 90 days of hire.
