Join a traveling Physical Therapist team supporting a skilled nursing facility in Reedsport, OR, where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Active Oregon Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience treating both inpatient and outpatient populations, with an emphasis on outpatient care preferred. Ability to provide care across a mixed caseload including inpatient and outpatient settings during the same assignment. Willingness to work a schedule that includes four 10-hour day shifts with a guaranteed Tuesday day off (non-negotiable). Pelvic floor therapy experience is preferred but not required. Shift Details: Four 10-hour day shifts per week. Schedule Note: Tuesday is a required day off within the weekly schedule. Caseload: Combination of inpatient and outpatient, with greater emphasis on outpatient treatment. Oregon license required.
