physician-led outpatient practice at Oak Street Medical Clinic in

family. Here, you’ll care for a diverse adult patient panel in a
collaborative environment with strong referral relationships and
robust support from experienced staff. Our providers enjoy a 100%
outpatient practice with no hospital responsibilities, giving you
time to focus on what matters most—developing long-term
relationships with your patients and making a lasting impact on

Highlights Compensation: 12-month base salary guarantee with
practice ramp up: $270,000 Salary range of established physicians:
$270,000 - $380,000/yr Sign-on Bonus & Loan Repayment Assistance 36
patient hours over 4 day workweek 100% Outpatient practice

Abilities Highly-engaged MD/DO physician, Board Certified or Board
Eligible in Internal Medicine Passionate about whole-person,
community-based care Comfortable seeing adult patients across the
lifespan Excited to join a mission-driven team with strong values
and deep community roots Clinical competency and expertise in
caring for Primary Care patients Strong understanding of
examination methodologies and diagnostics Knowledge of common
medication, side effects and contraindications In-depth knowledge
of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices Excellent
oral and written communication skills Respect for patient's
confidentiality Compassionate and approachable Responsible and
