Medical Assistant Location: Corvallis, OR Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $998 to $1,192 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title OR - Hema/Onc Medical Assistant - Days City/State: Corvallis, Oregon Shift: Days (08:00-16:30) No weekends, 8 Hour Days Contract Length: 91 weeks Start Date: 04/02/2026 Job Description: The Hematology & Oncology teams specialize in diagnosing and treating adult cancer patients using chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, and biological therapy, as well as treating a range of hematologic conditions. We educate patients about their illness, the treatment options, and provide supportive care during treatment and into survivorship. Responsibilities: Assist in the treatment of patients with cancer and hematologic conditions. Provide educational support to patients on illness and treatment options. Requirements: Registered or Certified Medical Assistant required. Healthcare Provider BLS required. Previous medical back office experience/medical assistant training, or completion of a Medical Assistant/Certified Medical Assistant program preferred. Experience in applicable specialty area preferred. Lab/EKG experience preferred. Requirements Required for Onboarding Core Mandatory Part III
