This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a reputable company and there is the opportunity for monthly bonuses on top of the hourly pay rate. The ideal Customer Service Representative will be energetic, positive and possess a strong work ethic. The successful Customer Service Representative will be responsible for taking inbound calls and making some outbound calls, processing orders and answering questions by phone and email and chat. The Customer Service Representative will also enter data entry into the company data base and work extensively with Word, Excel and Outlook. A minimum of 2 years consistent Customer Service Representative experience in a call center environment taking inbound phone calls, chat and email requests is required. Outstanding written and verbal communications along with strong technical skills, and call center experience are required. Preference will be given to Customer Service Representatives who are bilingual in Spanish.
