seeking an HVACR field training specialist to join our Thermal and
Specialized Solutions team. In this role, the selected candidate
would be responsible for providing training to the marketplace on
best practices, retrofits, and the benefits of Chemours portfolio
of Opteon refrigerants. Additionally, the selected candidate would
be responsible for working with national training authorities in
the US and Canada, to support the broad adoption of Chemours
training materials. This fast-paced position requires the selected
candidate to be a motivated self-starter who is a customer focused
team player. This role will report directly to the North America
Marketing Manager for Thermal and Specialized Solutions.The
responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to,
the following:Provide RAC service industry professionals, and other
value chain partners such as manufactures and distributors, with
technical training and support related to the proper handling and
application of refrigerants, system diagnostics, and regulatory
compliance.Respond to requests for technical support via phone,
email, and in person. This could include requests received outside
of normal business hours.Coordinate and conduct training events
virtually, in-house at Chemours facilities, and off-site.Work
closely with the regional leadership team to create and update
training materials, training presentations, service bulletins, and
technical information on all Chemours refrigerants.Provide detailed
reporting and maintain CRM logs on all role related interactions
with individuals and companies down the value chain.Participate in
trade association activities such as trade shows, roundtable
discussions, and guest speaking engagements.Direct qualified
inquiries regarding refrigerant sourcing to respective Chemours
sales associates, and inquiries from equipment manufacturers to the
respective Chemours engineering associates.Align national training
authorities on Chemours materials and the subsequent roll out to
the fieldIn order to be qualified for this role, you must possess
the following:7 years of field experience with commercial and or
Industrial refrigeration equipment service and installation, as
well as experience with air conditioning applications.Valid
driver's licenseAbility to manage up to 70% travel across the US
and CanadaExperience in Microsoft Office products, Outlook, and
Microsoft TeamsStrong public speaking and presentation skillsTeam
orientated & a collaborative mindsetMotivated self-starter eager to
learnThe following skill sets are preferred for this role:EPA 608
certificationAccredited trade school, BS, or AAS degree in applied
HVACRRSES CM, SM, CMS CertificateNATE Heat Pump, and or
Refrigeration CertificationHVAC Excellence ACR CertificationRETA
CertificationSkilled in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
software.Skilled with Go To Webinar or like platformsPrior
experience in a training role within the HVACR
