Job Description:
An animal health company is in need of a Remote Research and
Development Global Talent Acquisition Strategic Sourcing
Leader.
Must be able to:
Develop and oversee the Global R&D recruitment marketing and
branding strategy
Deliver directly sourced talent for highly specialized roles across
R&D, building a talent pipeline
Proactively research, assess, and define innovative sourcing
methodologies to meet business recruitment goals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
5+ years experience in R&D
5+ years experience in Digital Marketing
Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience in lieu of degree
5+ years work experience with specific experience in Talent
Acquisition, Recruiting, or Strategic Sourcing
