Position: Recruiting Manager

Location: Remote

Job Summary

  • Recruit and Manage a team of recruiters. Primary focus will be on SAP. Experience in Microsoft and other IT technologies, a plus
  • Maintains staffing metrics for program, and provides weekly updates to management to include vacancies, hires, labor categories, resignations, removals, and other staffing data.
  • Conducts weekly staffing meetings with the recruiting team.
  • Establish and streamline recruiting process and procedures, establish reporting standards to monitor progress
  • Select and manage appropriate tools for recruiting
  • Pipeline candidates for upcoming opportunities. Identify and solicit incumbents on existing programs for future work. Review future project requirements and develops strategies for future work
  • Negotiate labor rates with prospective candidates
  • Coordinate and manage candidate interview schedules and job offers
  • Maintain recruiting related hygiene post job requirements on corporate website on a timely basis, retire old postings, consistent communications with candidates etc
  • Schedules regular meetings with program managers to triage staffing needs for their programs.
  • Collaborates and works closely with other functions to include Contracts, Subcontracts, Security, Human Resources and Finance.
  • Communicates openings with subcontract companies and reviews subcontract resumes to ensure candidates meet contract LCAT requirements prior to sending to hiring manager for review
  • Drives business operations by monitoring the progress of projects, tasks, requisitions, offers, proposals etc.
  • Ensures staffing tracking tool is accurate and up to date.
  • Oversee Pipelining activities based on programs, skill sets and future opportunities
  • Coordinate development of staffing deliverables and products.
  • Ensures quality of staffing product deliverables.


    • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military/customer experience
    • 5+years of recruiting managerial experience
    • At least 7 years of DOD SAP recruiting experience

      Desired Qualifications

      • Excellent customer service skills
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      • Experience using data management tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
      • Experience working on DoD requirements
      • Existing Rolodex of SAP SMEs and other technical candidates big plus
      • Proven organization, problem solving and time management skills
