Roles & Responsibilities
Developer . Troubleshooting production issues
Attending Issue/User Stories Prioritization meeting
Attending sprint planning meeting
Attending daily scrum meetings
Attending retrospective meetings after every sprint
Attending SRB (Solution Review Board) meetings
Fixing the defects raised by QA Team
Coordination between scrum team and production support team
Providing effort estimation for coding efforts for bug fixes
Creating / updating documents as applicable and obtaining sign-off
Demo of the user stories to the business
Addressing issues identified in integration Testing & UAT for the implemented bug fix and as per the specifications provided by Functional or Business Support Analyst
Performing code changes and following the Adobe IT Change Management Process for promotion of code to production
Participating in post implementation warranty war rooms
Sharing lessons learned and best practices
Participating in transition activities as part of support readiness process
Knowledge transfer of the user stories/bug fixes to the L1 Support team
