Location: CA (Remote)

• Location Mostly Remote. If required, candidate may have to travel for short business trips.
  
• Working Hours PST Hours only. No excuses
  
• Candidate must have the min of 5+ years of experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  
• Must have relevant experience of min 2 to 3 yrs in Scaled Agile Methodologies (SAFe) framework, managed 3/4 scrum teams, Scrum of Scrums, RTE, Coaching and Big Room Planning / PI Planning. Overall project management experience of min 7 to 9 years in any domain will work.

• Overall industry or project management experience min 7 to 9 years in any domain will work.
  
• Min 5+ years of experience working in Agile Methodologies and mandatory 2 to 3 yrs of hands-on experience as RTE (Release Train Engineer)/ Sr. Scrum Master / Agile Coach
  
• Supervising multiple teams like Scrum of Scrums, Big Room Planning / PI Planning, and Retrospectives
  
• Mentor teams on Agile approaches to estimation, planning, and story mapping.
  
• Hands-on experience on Agile project management tools and methodologies (Jira, Agile Frameworks Scrum, Kanban, SDLC)
  
• Experience working with both onshore and offshore distributed teams
  
• Outstanding Communication, Organization and Leadership Skills
  
• Facilitating superior performance at the team level
  
• Take care of delivery hurdles and enhance predictability of solution delivery
  
• Enabling changes in new ways of working and Build Agile maturity
  
• Coach and guide Scrum Masters and Build self-organizing teams of Agile teams
  
• Interacting stakeholders for generating business value
  
• Ensures collaboration and dependency management within and between ARTs
  
• Monitors, manages and escalates impediments and risks across the ART
