Job Title: IT Project Manager Location: 1201 NW Wall Street, Bend, OR 97703 Duration: 9-Month Contract (Potential for Extension or Conversion) Pay Rate: $77/hr on W2 Benefits: Weekly pay, Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Work Model: Hybrid (~3 days onsite per week) We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of IT/OT workstreams for the construction and commissioning of a cutting-edge commercial manufacturing facility. This role will play a key part in enabling a next-generation plant built on digital automation, smart factory technologies, and data-driven manufacturing. The ideal candidate will ensure delivery of IT infrastructure, OT systems, and regulated digital solutions aligned with GxP standards, cybersecurity requirements, and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead planning, execution, and governance of IT/OT infrastructure for a new multipurpose pharmaceutical manufacturing facility Oversee delivery of critical components, including: Network and connectivity infrastructure for the facility On-site data center supporting manufacturing systems and acting as a secondary local data hub SAP ERP enhancements (e.g., inventory management for the new plant) Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and electronic Batch Records (eBR) Smart factory solutions, including automation controls and centralized monitoring systems Define and manage IT/OT integration strategy, ensuring seamless collaboration across engineering, automation, and IT teams Ensure GxP-compliant execution, including validation, documentation, and audit readiness Partner with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and construction teams to drive project success Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and executive-level status reports Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures to safeguard OT and digital environments Enable scalable, future-ready architecture and technology solutions Proactively manage risks, drive decision-making, and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget Qualifications: 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure and/or OT environments Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex projects in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing preferred) Strong understanding of GxP compliance, IT/OT integration, and cybersecurity best practices Experience with SAP, MES, and smart factory/automation systems is highly desirable Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills TMN
