Prioritize the life you deserve with the legal work you love. We are currently seeking a Technology Transactions Lawyer to work with our top Tech clients. Responsibilities: Working with and advising business clients directly on a wide variety of technology transactions Handling complex technology transactions autonomously in a fast-moving environment Partnering with internal teams on complex deals for tech companies operating on a global level Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex technology transactions including specifically SaaS, licensing, hardware, and other technology licenses Previous experience working in-house for a tech company or working with tech industry client Strong issue spotting skills and attention to detail in contract revision Compensation, Benefits & Location: This role offers a range of competitive compensation and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more.
