a Life Sciences Compliance Attorney to work with a pharmaceutical
corporation. Responsibilities: Identifying and analyzing risks and
delivering practical, creative solutions to the business issues and
regulatory issues faced by clients, ensuring compliance with
applicable laws and regulations related to privacy and security,
fraud and abuse, and other related matters. Actively support all
commercial operations and related functional areas in providing
compliance advice including topics related to market access and
pricing (Medicaid/Medicare). The ability to thrive in a large,
fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and
outstanding business judgment. Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of
experience in the life sciences industry or private practice
supporting clients in the life science industry. Able to negotiate,
and drafting complex contracts and related documents. Experience
conducting internal corporate investigations of potential
violations of legal/regulatory requirements and of corporate
requirements/expectations. Familiarity with U.S. privacy law,
HIPAA, Anti-Kickback Statue, Stark Law and FDA compliance is
required. Knowledge of and experience with pharmaceutical and
medical device regulation, including product registration,
licensing, and promotion. Active bar membership in the state in
which you intend to practice. Compensation, Benefits & Location:
This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at
$160,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the
alternative legal services marketplace that includes health
