We strive for excellence in everything we do and value integrity and our people above all else. \n Prioritize the life you deserve with the legal work you love. \n We are currently seeking a Technology Transactions Lawyer to work with our top Tech clients. \n Responsibilities : \n \n Working with and advising business clients directly on a wide variety of technology transactions \n Handling complex technology transactions autonomously in a fast-moving environment \n Partnering with internal teams on complex deals for tech companies operating on a global level \n \n Minimum Qualifications: \n \n 5 years of experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex technology transactions including specifically SaaS, licensing, hardware, and other technology licenses \n Previous experience working in-house for a tech company or working with tech industry client \n Strong issue spotting skills and attention to detail in contract revision \n \n Compensation, Benefits & Location: \n This role offers a range of competitive compensation and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more.
