Job Description Job Description Job Title: Product Packaging and Inventory Specialist Job Description Join our team as a Product Packaging and Inventory Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are impeccably packaged and ready for shipment. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality control, efficient packaging, and accurate inventory management within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Inspect products to ensure they are free of defects before packaging. Wrap, pack, and secure products in containers or boxes using various materials. Properly seal and label packages according to company standards and shipping regulations. Record package information, including weight and shipping costs. Perform inventory checks and report any discrepancies. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency. Essential Skills Proficiency in packaging, assembly, and packing processes. Strong computer operation skills. Keen attention to detail. Experience in a production or manufacturing setting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to manage inventory accurately. Familiarity with shipping regulations and standards. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a manufacturing environment with variable conditions, including temperature instability and exposure to atmospheric conditions such as fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, or vapors. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mcminnville, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
