Job Description Job Description Trillium Pacific Millwork is
seeking a talented and driven Craftsman Woodworker to join our
growing custom shop. This hands-on role involves crafting
high-quality wood products such as countertops, decorative panels,
and specialty items. We’re looking for someone who not only enjoys
the craft but also thrives in a team environment where precision,
communication, and initiative matter. If you take pride in the

the job every day, we want to hear from you. Compensation: $20 -
$28 hour DOE Responsibilities: Some of the responsibilities
include: Using tools such as routers, orbital sanders, and hand
tools to fabricate and finish custom woodwork. Performing
high-quality finishing work, including sanding, sealing, staining,
and top-coating. Working independently and collaboratively to
complete a wide variety of projects. Helping to develop and refine
production methods for high-volume product lines. Contributing
creatively to new product development and prototyping. Following
all safety protocols and actively promoting a safe work
environment. Qualifications: 1 years of experience in woodworking,
millwork, or related craft trades. Proven skills in finishing
techniques and surface preparation. Knowledge of woodworking
methods, materials, and tools. Ability to read and follow shop
drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Meticulous attention
to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Strong
communication skills and a team-first attitude. U.S. work
