Job Description:
Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Press
Brake Operator role in Canby, OR. Our client is a well-established

every stage of their manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities: ·
Operate and set up press brake machines to bend and form metal
parts according to specifications and blueprints. · Monitor machine
operations to ensure precision, quality, and adherence to
production schedules. · Perform quality checks on formed parts to
ensure accuracy and compliance with tolerances and standards. ·
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
in compliance with workplace safety standards. · Load and unload
materials, ensuring proper handling and accurate inventory
tracking. · Collaborate with team members to meet daily production
goals and troubleshoot any operational challenges. · Accurately
document production processes, including machine settings and
output data. · Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of
press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance. · Promptly
report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety
hazards to supervisors. Qualifications: · High school diploma or
equivalent; prior experience as a press brake operator or in metal
fabrication is preferred. · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand
for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. · Strong
attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality
work. · Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration
skills. · Flexibility to work swing shifts, including evenings and
weekends, as required. · Knowledge of metal fabrication techniques
and safety regulations is a plus, but training will be provided.
