DescriptionOfficeTeam is currently seeking a temporary Executive Assistant with a strong, vibrant personality to support the executive team of a growing Eugene/Springfield area company. The Executive Assistant will provide executive level, confidential administrative support to assigned members of the executive team and the position could become a temporary to full time position for the right person.The ideal Executive Assistant will have strong organizational skills, the ability to take initiative, be able to prioritize tasks independently and have service-oriented demeanor and be willing to step in, where no jobs are too small. The Executive Assistant will retain a professional presence and apply their strong communication skills to effectively support members of senior management, while fostering successful relationships through direct interaction with peers and clients.The Executive Assistant will actively manage calendars as requested which includes reviewing incoming invitations for meetings and scheduling meetings, reviewing all incoming emails and determining priority and coordinating information flow and tracking responses accordingly. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for keeping the executives on track for board reports, meetings, etc. and will anticipate needs including preparing materials, compiling information, collaborating with others in order to meet deadlines.The Executive Assistant will be optimizing executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, compose confidential spreadsheets, advanced presentations, reports and other complex documents. They will also coordinate with designated travel agent on arranging domestic and international travel plans and itineraries, will coordinate meeting arrangements both off and on-site, which will include securing equipment, catering services, logistic needs such as travel, lodging and registrations.The successful Executive Assistant must have 3-5+ years of prior Executive Assistant experience, have outstanding written and verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and have the ability to anticipate needs proactively, excellent organization and time management skills and great attention to detail.For more information and to be considered for this exciting opportunity then apply online at www.officeteam.com or call Mary Clark right away at 541-345-9931 today for details!Requirements

  • 3-5 year's prior Executive Assistant experience supporting high level executives
  • Proficient MS Office Suite skills
  • Coordinate with designated travel agent on arranging domestic and international travel plans and itineraries
  • Coordinate meetings and events which includes securing equipment, catering services, logistics, etc
  • Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, reports and other complex documents
  • Schedule appointments
  • Calendar management for numerous executives
