Our IR program is growing and looking for a service manager to help our DFIR partners deploy quickly and efficiently in post-breach situations and trouble-shooting.

What will you do?
Deliver implementation, enablement, and advisory for all SentinelOne products and technologies Consult with Partners proactively, to identify success criteria and project plans for implementation customized to the engagement environment Work with partners as a trusted advisor helping guide them on SentinelOne deployment best practices, platform management, and product usage during an incident response Represent and advocate Partner needs/issues cross-departmentally. Continuously improve methodologies, deliverables, and process to create an unparalleled Partner Experience
What experience and skills you should bring?
Possess a Partner-centric approach, you enjoy working with Partners, establishing strong relationships and managing expectations with great results for them and their clients. 3 - 5 years prior experience in a field services role (professional services, pre-sales, etc.) Strong knowledge of security technologies, architecture and operations and experience in advising customers on best practices Knowledge of threat handling, incident response and SOC operations Proficient in Windows, MacOS and Linux operating systems Strong working knowledge of network concepts (TCP/IP, routing, LAN/WAN, etc.) SQL database experience (queries and basic programming) Thrives in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
What will separate you from other candidates?
Experience with host base (endpoint agent) security solutions is preferred Training and enablement services delivery experience Partner/Channel technical services, training, or support exposure
