Job Description Eugene Therapy is a premier outpatient mental health facility dedicated to improving the lives of our clients in Eugene, Bend, Portland, Corvallis, and statewide via telehealth. Eugene Therapy attracts patients who come to us to learn, to grow, and to understand themselves deeply. Our practice provides outpatient psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families. We are currently seeking an experienced Practice Supervisor (Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC) to join our team in Eugene, OR for clinical work, supervision, and practice management. This is the ideal position for an exceptional clinician interested in either (1) transitioning out of community mental health or (2) moving from individual private practice to a group setting. Qualifications and Skills Active licensure in Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D./Psy.D.). Required to be an Approved Clinical Supervisor in the state of Oregon. Interest in working both independently and as part of a collaborative team providing exceptional psychotherapy to outpatient clients. Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues. Open to professional and clinical feedback and interested in working in a supportive and collegial clinical environment. High level of self-of-the-therapist awareness, and demonstrable ability to manage transference and countertransference with confidence. Demonstrable self-awareness of and commitment to providing culturally competent services, with an ongoing commitment to training and development in this area. Experience or interest in managing and growing a team of like-minded professionals.
