As an Adaptive consultant, you will be fully supported by the
Simmons & Simmons team with a sponsoring Partner and a client team
with whom we would encourage you to engage on a regular basis. You

Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive are keen to speak with interim consultant
lawyers who have a strong background in derivatives and trading
documentation. The consultant will be covering ISDA agreements,
GMRAs, Clearing documents and Futures and options agreements.
You may also be asked to handle new product launches and keep up
to date with regulatory development in the derivatives and trading
space. This assignment will also ask for the interim consultant to
handle new client onboardings.
- Excellent academics.
- Applicants will be qualified lawyers with a strong background
in derivatives and trading documentation, ideally from an asset
Ability to juggle multiple matters, prioritize work effectively
and provide timely solutions in a busy, fast - paced
