Description/Responsibilities

The Senior Project/Program Manager is responsible for the continual management and driving forward of the WholeHealth Living (WHL) Capability Roadmap, with the objective of driving the appropriate changes and improvements to the WHL program. As the owner of the Capability Roadmap, the Program Manager will organize and prioritize the key initiatives of WHL, ensuring that the priorities are in line with the strategic intent of the leadership team. The Program Manager will then ensure execution of the prioritized activities and be responsible for monitoring, measuring, and reporting status.

Will translate business strategy into functional/operational plans and apply knowledge to the critical components of the function required Develops and executes a comprehensive project plan Will influence and lead cross-functional teams in an environment of competing interests and limited resources in order to achieve the enhancement and delivery of program offerings Responsible for coordinating, planning, and developing program activities as dictated by the stakeholders. Strategizes, implements, and maintains program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives. Maintains oversight of program operations to ensure program delivery meets client/stakeholder expectations. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached Drive large scale program projects by maintaining oversight of the implementation teams to ensure business requirements are met and aligned with stakeholder initiatives and requirements. Generate status reports and presentations as required. Serve as the first escalation point for program/project issues and risks. Work directly with internal teams to resolve issues and create risk mitigation plans. Effectively communicate business and technology issues and solutions. Manage unexpected project/implementation delays and direct cross-functional team efforts to re-align goals and milestones when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related discipline preferred. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
  • 3-5+ years of product or project management.
  • Working knowledge of wellness and alternative medicine industry a plus.
  • Experience leading the development and implementation of projects, with ability to handle multiple projects and effectively manage timelines, while inspiring and motivating the project team
  • Demonstrated analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
  • Effective conflict resolution skills
  • Expert problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as effectively interact and communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and anticipate the needs of a changing landscape
  • Strong knowledge and passion about Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies and practices; has solid foundation and expertise to offer in this role
  • Strong skills with MS Office applications are required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project).

Note: This role can be remote from anywhere in the US. We do have offices in Nashville/Franklin Tennessee and Phoenix/Chandler Arizona.
