As a Regional Notary Success Manager you'll focus on enabling notaries to transition their established and growing businesses to a fully digital model powered by the Notarize platform. You will be entrusted and empowered to grow notary product adoption, engagement, and retention efforts across your region.

What you'll do as a Regional Notary Success Manager at Notarize:

  • Drive notary engagement plans notary post onboarding through entirety of tenure
  • Facilitate adoption initiatives to meet overall adoption rate of x% per region
  • Conduct detailed monthly and quarterly business reviews that clearly outline success plans
  • Effectively assess and convert notaries into related platform offerings and upsell add-on services
  • Collaborate with other Notary Success Managers, sharing best practices and influencing performance across all regions
  • Develop and execute Feedback Action Plans to notaries on the platform
  • Provide direct leadership to Notary Success Leads
  • Identify talent eligibility for presence on Notarize client panels

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience managing large teams/regions, ideally within a software/tech environment
  • Strong Operational Leader skills, with demonstrated success in driving product adoption, achieving tangible results, and setting and achieving KPI targets within a region
  • Excellent analytical abilities- fluent in excel/Google suite, and capable of assessing and communicating the successes and challenges of your region to stakeholders
  • Thoughtful communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Collaborative approach to problem solving, and a growth mindset
  • Comfort working remotely - both autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team
  • A creative, empathetic, client-first mindset
  • Notary, Real Estate, and retention backgrounds are a plus
